For your peace-of-mind, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the product in its’ original unopened condition within 28 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or an exchange (excluding postage costs).
For reasons of hygiene, underwear that has been opened cannot be exchanged, so please be sure to measure yourself carefully and check the size guide before ordering.
The cost of postage will not be included in the refund (unless the fault was ours) and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted garments.
We can refund or exchange unopened garments if returned within 28 days of the date of purchase in their original unopened condition.
If there is a fault with the garment or an error was made on our part then we will accept full responsibility, accepting the returned goods and covering additional delivery costs.
