Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us and are committed to providing a fair and transparent returns process.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resaleable condition.
- All tags must be attached, and where applicable, hygiene seals must be intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been worn, tried on directly against the skin, or returned in an unsaleable condition. These items will not be refunded or returned to you.
Exchange Process
- To start a return please contact our customer service team on info@comfizz.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved we will provide return instructions.
- The return shipping cost will be your responsibility, but we will re-ship your exchange free of charge.
Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any item returned in a non-resaleable condition (e.g., worn, marked, damaged, or with missing tags/hygiene seals) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
