We have a new instalment of “Reppin’ the Reps” and this time we have Rosie from Clinimed telling us about herself and how she got into this line of work. As it has been awhile for those who don’t know this series is getting to know the people we see sat at open days and to try and remind people that the company reps are people too and will happily try and help with queries.
What company do you work for? CliniMed Ltd
What is your job role? Head of Field Sales.
How long have you worked there? 17 years in July 2019.
How did you get into this job? Applied and was lucky enough to be taken on.
Do you have any advice for someone who would like to this or something similar? The most important thing is to find something you enjoy and can be passionate about.
How would you describe your job in three words? Rewarding, exciting and fulfilling.
What is your favourite part of the job? Motivating my team.
Is there any aspect you aren’t so fond of? Administration.
How do you think your colleagues would describe you? Hard working, fun and challenging.
Cake or pie? Cake.
You’re a new addition to a crayon box; what colour would you be and why? Yellow as it is a colour that is bright and cheerful.
Thank you Rosie for taking part and I love your smile, my daughter would also pick yellow as along with pink that’s her favourite colour. 17 years is a long time to do a job, hopefully I will be in a job that long on day!
