UK Customers

Delivery policy, we aim to deliver in 1-2 days. All orders received before 12:00pm are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be dispatched next day. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by couriers.

International Customers

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed in your shopping cart during the online order process. We can't take any responsibility for any customs or import taxes incurred in the country of delivery. (see Delivery section on product page for delivery cost)

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges / Cancellation policy

• You may cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving your order. We will refund the price of the items and the original standard delivery charge. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items.
• You may try items on over your own underwear to check the fit, as you would in a shop. Because our garments are worn close to the skin, if an item has been worn or handled beyond this, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value, so please be sure to measure yourself carefully and check the size guide before ordering.
• If an item is faulty or not as described, or an error was made on our part, we will accept full responsibility, including the cost of returning the item. This applies whether or not the item has been worn. Your statutory rights are not affected.
