Comfizz warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the original date of purchase.

  • Covers manufacturing defects and premature wear caused by faulty materials or workmanship.
  • At our discretion, we'll replace the product for valid claims.
  • Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase; you may be asked for it when making a claim.
  • Not covered: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, or damage from improper cleaning or care.
  • This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
  • Customers in the European Union also benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity (see our Legal Guarantee (EU) page), and UK customers are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Registering this warranty gives you priority support but does not limit these rights.
