Firstly a quick apology for this post being out late as between work and the kids my time has been limited oh and Button’s FIRST birthday; yes where has that time gone?! Now some of you may think why does a support wear company have a blog that doesn’t talk in depth about it’s products? Well there are a couple of reasons for that, firstly the website does the talking for that and I’m certainly not an expert on the ins and outs of each garment and secondly this blog is from a patients side of things; someone that has had a disease, surgery and is living life after. So if you have Inflammatory Bowel Disease you maybe aware that today (the 19th of May) it is World IBD Awareness Day. It is the official day (although most of us do it 24/7) to raise awareness of the ins and outs of our disease, how it affects our daily lives and that it isn’t just a pooping disease.
